IATEFL BESIG Iasi Conference, 16-18 Nov 2018: registration fee offer for Associate members

Dear IATEFL Associate

We are happy to inform you that early bird booking for the 31st Annual IATEFL BESIG Conference (16-18 Nov 2018) has now opened and lasts until 1 September. After that, online booking will continue until 26 October.  Visit
http://besig.iatefl.org/event/iasi/ for detailed information about the conference.

All current IATEFL Associates - SPECIAL OFFER:

We are once again offering a special rate for members of teaching organisations who are also IATEFL Associates.

Your members should register as non members and then enter the promo code ASSOCBEIASA to pay a lower fee of 119GBP (saving 40GBP on the non-member rate). This applies if the booking and payment is made before 1 Sept 2018. After 1 Sept a different code applies ASSOCBEIASB and the Associate member fee rises to 169GBP.

Your members should register as non members for the promo code to work. If members of your TA are also members of IATEFL they should register at the IATEFL member rate using their IATEFL membership number as this is a lower fee again.

Please note that if the promo code is not added at the point of registration then the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given.

We would like to ask you not to post the promo code on your webpage or in a mailing to any of your members. They should contact a designated person on your committee to get the code.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

IATEFL BESIG Committee
